Terms of Service

By accessing and using Dash Tech Africa's services, you acknowledge that: • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • You accept responsibility for all activities under your account. • These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dash Tech Africa. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Dash Tech Africa provides: • Custom Software Development: Web and mobile applications, ERP/CRM systems, and enterprise solutions. • AI & Computer Vision: Facial recognition, object detection, OCR, and intelligent analytics. • IoT & Automation: Smart sensors, SCADA systems, industrial automation, and monitoring solutions. • Digital Transformation: Warehouse management, fuel monitoring, smart city solutions, and digital twins. • Consulting Services: IT consulting, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and technical advisory. Services are provided on an as-is basis and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use. • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of unauthorized access. • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks. • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services. • Not use our services to transmit harmful code, malware, or malicious content. • Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. • Respect intellectual property rights of Dash Tech Africa and third parties.

All intellectual property rights in our services and content are owned by Dash Tech Africa: • Ownership: All software, designs, documentation, and materials remain our property. • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services. • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services. • Custom Work: Ownership of custom-developed solutions is defined in individual contracts. • Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without compensation. • Trademarks: Dash Tech Africa name, logo, and trademarks are our property. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • No Warranties: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. • Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. • Data Loss: We are not liable for data loss; you are responsible for backups. • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. • Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months. • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions: • By You: You may terminate by providing written notice and settling outstanding payments. • By Us: We may terminate immediately for breach of terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. • Data Retention: We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes. • Survival: Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination. • No Refunds: Termination does not entitle you to refunds for services already rendered.
